Doctor Terry Watts, A.S., B.S., D.C.
Graduate from Saint Peter's College in New Jersey with dual degrees in Biology and Computer Science. While completing my degrees I was involved with Olympic Styled Weightlifting which gave me my first experience with Chiropractic and the miracles of an adjustment. The adjustment not only helped me with my lifts, but my allergies subsided as well. Around this time my father was also under Chiropractic care which aided him in preventing a scheduled shoulder surgery; his M.D. could not understand how his shoulder miraculously healed.
I then attended Chiropractic School in Marietta, Ga. While at school, I was exposed to and learned many different treatment methods. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University in 1999. I then moved to NJ to practice initially under the supervision of great chiropractors and later for myself. Also in 1999 I was Biopsied and diagnosed with Systemic Lupus.
In 2004, I was rear ended twice within 2 weeks from each other; one was at a stop light and another by a drunk driver while I was parked in a driveway. The end result was 2 herniations and a ruptured ligament in the neck; this left me paralyzed from the left side of my neck to my whole left arm. The only inkling of hope was a constant, piercing pain that I had; I would literally pass out from the pain. I tried all types of pain medication and treatments alike. They wanted to do surgery, but I was stubborn. I found two different Chiropractors and an increased faith in God which healed me. This is my miracle story and which gave me a new found passion in practice to help people today. And by the way may I state that I no longer have Systemic Lupus.
I also have a passion for children as my son was born with severe colic. With Chiropractic care I was able to resolve the interference with his nervous system and my son was able to relax immediately after care.
